Basically a guy has fantasies about a woman he knows. When she catches him (watching porn, jerking off, confession) she thinks he is a loser and is absolutely disgusted by him then leaves. Whilst on her own, she gets infected by a parasite and turned. The woman goes back to the guy trying to seduce him, but he sees the white eyes and slime which he finds off putting.
