This idea requires a performer comfortable with appearing without make up, in a somewhat unflattering light and having her appearance criticised, so it might not be doable.
In a bedroom a nervous woman stands in front of a large mirror, looking down at her feet. She slowly, hesitantly looks up at her own reflection, and sees a well dressed, well groomed man standing behind her reflection. She spins around with a startled squeek, but there's no one in the room other than her. When she looks back to the mirror the man is still there though, and he speaks to her, telling her that he was drawn here by her dissatisfaction with her appearance. He offers sympathy, but while his tone is warm and supporting his words affirm that its entirely understandable why she wouldn't be happy with the way that she looks. Unknown to the woman the "man" is a demon who preys on women's lack of self esteem. He offers her a deal: He'll make her beautiful, but in return he wants her body to fuck.
The woman reluctantly agrees, and in an instant is transformed (full make up plus more flattering light). She looks at her reflection and is amazed and happy at the results, but then the demon tells her its time to pay the price. Instantly the woman finds herself trapped, naked in a crate. As tentacles begin to enter the crate the demon's voice is heard telling the woman that since no time was specified he will keep her trapped here, fucking her forever.
As the tentacles attack the woman panics, and she berates herself for being so stupid as to agree to the demon's deal. However as the tentacles fuck her the woman's stance slowly shifts, and she gradually begins to enjoy it. At the end of the movie the woman thinks to herself that its wonderful that this fucking will never end, and how glad she is that she took the deal.
