When the girl gets corrupted by the parasite, grab some of the footage from further in the video and show it as a kind of "flash forward". I.e. show her going down on the other girl, fucking her etc. This is like the "effect" the parasite is having on her.
I think you could accomplish this pretty easily, you're just reusing footage already shot, and it creates this idea of the girl trying to fight off succumbing to the parasite.
