A young woman (Maybe Ella Hughes) on death row is about to be executed for murders she swears she didn't commit. She is given a last meal before being taken away by the guards. Her plate of food given to her looks amazing, some dish from a high class restaurant. She tries to enjoy it in the moment before the inevitable but she quickly realizes something is wrong. She swears she sees something moving underneath the side of rice, as she picks through her plate a parasite slug emerges and before she can call to the guards it makes its way inside of her. The guards come to take her to the execution room but have to restrain her and put a Hannibal Lector style mask over her mouth when they see how insane she's acting. They tell her it's a little too late to plead insanity.
In a room with a big window that has a full view of the execution chair is an audience seated to watch the the young woman receive the lethal injection. Among the people are two women, family of the two supposed victims of the young woman. One woman (Hazel Moore) cannot wait for justice and happy that her sister can finally find peace while the other woman (Be awesome if it was Charlie Forde) thinks this is too good and that if it were up to her the accused would be tortured the rest of her life after what she did to her family. Both see the guards bring the now parasited woman to the chair and question the mask, the two women haven't seen her like this before and assume she must have finally snapped or is finally showing her true nature.
As the lethal injection is about to take place, the parasited woman gets the upper hand and breaks free of her restraints. The guards realize what's going on. "SHE'S ONE OF THOSE THINGS!!" (Now that the Parasite is well known in this world ) They along with many audience attendees flee and the building is placed into full lockdown but the two women seeking justice for their loved ones are left behind locked in the room. The parasited woman sees them through the glass and taunts the two. She tells them they didn't believe she was innocent and tampered with the evidence that could have freed her and now it's time for her own little payback.
A cat and mouse game commence, both women break out of the room and try to escape the building. Both accuse the other of tampering with evidence and realize that they might be wrong but it's too late. They each try making their own escape not trusting each other only to end up becoming the parasited woman's much deserved sex toys.
