It is a hot concept to have the girl "trapped" like that but I would ask for a more fleshy trap. Make it look like a monster she doesn't realize is there vs an obvious whole that she decides to crawl through, then suddenly she's trapped.

Agreed, the biggest and best thing for me persojnally would be something that looks like a monsters stomach or like you said, something fleshy annd tight.

Monster Mouth that holds them in it's lips/ "teeth" as tongue/ internal tentacles do work on the woman. japanese did it 10+ years ago with little budget.
