Free video from survey

Hi everyone, I did the survey I got in my email that gives you a free video of your choice once you complete it, it's been a few days and I was wondering generally how long it takes to receive the video? I've tried logging into my account on the site and seeing if it's there and it's not either.

I'd expect at least a month ish? maybe longer. I declined free video as personally I've seen them all lol... at least all i care about. But they will literally have hundreds to go through and it's a small field of readers.
