Posting one of my favourite ideas and unsure if mentioned before.
If you have seen Ero Trap Dungeon, then you would know that basically, a heroine goes into a dungeon and either gets attacked by a monster or falls into a trap hole.
The heroine uses a spell to protect themselves or the monster injects/casts a spell so the heroine does not feel the effects of pleasure and penetration.
Mid way through the scene, the spell or venom wears off and they feel the full effects of everything that has transpired below.
