Cannot watch videos with paid subscription

Hi, i have a Subscription on parasited, but now am not able to watch any videos. It keeps asking to buy the video. I did try to DM a mod when i saw the other topic, but realized maybe i should post a help thread first.

I think you are trying to download the video instead of pressing play on the player!
There's no asking to buy any video with the access in the streaming mode

Unfortunately no, i only see the preview and a pop up asking me to join/subscribe to get full access and unlock the video. I should have been more clearer, didn't mean to say buy.
