Bought Movies missing

I have bought many movies from you. Unfortunately, most of them are no longer on my list. The same applies to my films from PvC.
I wont buy any more films, when it doesnt work properly.

I hope I can get an answer through the forum, because I haven't gotten an answer from support.

I have been curious about this too. I bought a movie on Parasited, but I no longer have access to it if I want to download it again.
