It was one of the things i respected your site for... Convenient link for cancellation *without having to speak with a Filipino female aged 8*… About cancelling your porn subscription...

Apparently, this now must be accomplished through a transactional email exchange to support?, (though i was unable to find even that); when a simple link click and confirmation prompt might do... as it has in the past...
Can we please restore the ease of cancellation? Otherwise you are no better than 'other' porn sites... Which I previously respected you for being...
Let's not be Jew Media and make cancellation the sort of thing where you have to have your ****** call in... Is that so much to ask? I mean if not I can issue a charge-back on credit card... As can everyone else and then the cards all drop you... Everything would be much easier if you just put back a simple cancelation link, yes?

And no, the cancellation button is there in your membership page, so seems you are alone in this issue,
where 95% of the people find it.

If it's not there, seems there's an issue with your account, or possibly your membership is already canceled.

Chiming in as this is relevant to you both. I currently have an active paid... Hentaied membership, Parasited membership, Futanari membership, Plants vs. Cunts membership, and Freeze membership (i'm an aspiring filmmaker and this is a good place for inspiration).

The cancellation link is NOT on the membership page for ANY of these sites (for me, at least). It has been moved to the Payment History tab, however the Freeze website is the only site that is displaying it correctly. For the cancellation link on the other sites, you have to search for it amidst your list of payments. The Freeze website is also the only website where the Membership Information page is correctly displaying my active membership status, whereas the other websites have a blank space. I have included screenshots to help.

While this is a legitimate grievance, I find it ironic that someone who chose the name Daedalus couldn't navigate this little labyrinth. I vote to change your username to Christopher Columbus. Payment History is an even more logical page to place a cancellation link. In the future if you're looking for something that SHOULD be there, use 'select all' to highlight all text/objects on a website element. Websites are a PITA, and these guys manage several. There's an old saying that's served me well. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."
