This could be a series as well. I think I posted this here a while back, but I forgot the password to that account.
Basically, in the US, and maybe elsewhere, there's a game called "telephone". Everyone sits in a circle, then whispers a secret (or anything really) into the ear of the person next to them. My thought is, something just like that, but all women and one (at the start) is a vampire. She doesn't start the game, but when it's her turn to whisper, she seduces/hypnotizes (parasites if this is Parasited) the girl next to her.
If this is a series, she could have a mental sex scene with the girl, leaving the woman compliant and submissive, but not fully turned. Could also have them excuse themselves, at which point they sneak off and the vampire finishes the deal, now two vampires return, but maybe they sit in different places or something, so then it becomes three/four girls going to the other room and so on.
If it's a one off, could have the seduced one get tired/excuse herself and wait in the back room for the vampire to join her. Maybe have the vampire do this to a few then join, have sex with, and turn them all in an orgy.
This isn't that high on the special effects, but would require at least 5-6 girls, but 8-9 would be *PHENOMENAL*

I can't find the scene this second, but there's also an amateur movie, "Vampire Armageddon". Has a male vampire (please swap for female). He psychically turns two female friends around a campfire. These two girls then pounce on the third and start making out and they're all (mentally) transported to his psychic realm, where they make out with the third and begin to turn her too. Good movie if you can find it, from ~2005ish. That's another inspiration for this scene.
