Premise: A hot young woman called Sabrina makes videos of her workout and stretching practices late night at the gym. After finishing it, she goes for a hot, relaxing shower in the gym's locker room. To her misfortune, there is a creature living in the pipes, a monster that takes special interest in her, after seeing Sabrina in her workout routine.
Characters:

• Sabrina (provisional name): a 24-year-old blonde with a body sculpted through yoga and workouts. She cares a lot about her body, as well as with her social media, as she wants to be a famous digital influencer. Sabrina loves massages, being noticed and admired, stretching and dancing. Her personality is bubbly and outgoing, optimistic and motivated. She has average height, tanned skin, athletic built, a 30-DD cup size and a round, uplift, bubble butt.
• The Thing: a Creature of unknown origins who grows up in the gym's pipes. Maybe it grows up from a junction of bodybuilding supplements, steroids, and electrolytes, but we will never know for sure. The thing remains mostly hidden inside the pipes, but is capable of ejecting parts of its body, namely the tentacles, to grab whatever is of its interest. The Thing has at least five tentacles and one special proboscis it uses to explore Sabrina's body. It also has a big creepy eye with which it can see its victim from inside the drain.
• Jackie: the gyms attendant, she seems tired, and a little annoyed over Sabrina coming so late to train. Jackie, however, follows the gym's policies strictly, which means allowing the late night costumer to use its rightful services.

Synopsis:
We follow Sabrina, a 24yo blonde bombshell and upcoming fitness influencer, who comes late to the gym so she can make videos. That bothers the attendant, Jackie, who just wants to close and go home. But, as Sabrina is a Premium Costumer, and the gym has a policy that Premium costumers can stay as late as 30 minutes is booked at least a week before, Jackie has no option but let her get in and do her stuff.
Sabrina eagerly starts working out, stretching and dancing to please her social media followers. She reveals that she comes so late to train because it is a moment when there is no one but her, so she can do her videos freely.
Meanwhile, something is crawling in the Gym's pipes. When Sabrina goes to drink water, a strange eye gazes at her from within the drain, but she doesn't notice it. In the front desk, in the meantime, Jackie already fell asleep.
After finishing her practice, Sabrina heads to the locker room, and while on the way she hears strange noises coming from the pipe system. Labelling just a normal pipe problem, she doesn't pay much attention.
In the locker room, she has new red lights, as she hears more sounds coming from the pipes. But she wants so bad to take a shower that she doesn't care.
Once under the shower, Sabrina notices a malfunction in the drain system. Thinking it is clogged, she gives a look and is surprise to see a creepy eye inside of it, looking at her. Before she can do anything, she gets herself in trouble as several tentacles start sprouting from the drain to explore her body. Sabrina ends in a sticky situation, as the tentacles grab her, bring her quite close in a very compromising position. Not only that, but those tentacles seem capable of flooding her with strange, hot sensations. As they encounter with The Thing gets closer, Sabrina loses her senses, her eyes going blank from the alien pleasure she feels. At her climax, she ends up all covered in some sort of milky white substance.
When Sabrina returns to her sense, she realizes she may still be in danger, specially when a more menacing structure belonging to The Thing comes out from the drain. But it is too late for Sabrina: she has been tasted, and The Thing likes her. It wants her, forever.

Some updates:

Gym's environment: The place has a retro vibe, with sparkling lights, some colorful letters in the wall, lots of mirrors.

Sabrina's appearance: I imagine her using her hair locked in a ponytail or maybe pigtails. She wears a white top that shows a lot of cleavage, or maybe a short cropped shirt. Sabrina uses a pink butt lifting short. She can also push the shorts legs up, shortening it and lifting her butt even more, as well as showing more skin. She has kind of a showing off personality, so this all makes sense to her. Finally, she wears colorful or white sneakers, I think both fits well with Sabrina.

Jackie's appearance: she wears a gray or green coat and yoga pants, with a white T-Shirt with the Gym's name under it. She has a more laid-back, almost tired appearance, that fits her personality.

The Thing's appearance: Its body is never fully seen, but one can imagine it has a long, narrow, almost tubular shape. The eyes, tentacles, and mouth most likely are in the front of it. One can imagine how The Thing would be by checking on the image I uploaded of a polychaete worm. The Thing is not a polychaete, but its general structure reminds me of it. He is pinkish, brownish or maybe another pastel color. Smooth and slimy in texture. The unique eye of this creature resembles a big functional human eye. I imagine it with blue irises for no particular reason. It just feels like. That's much about it.

*Oh, and maybe I enhance the script later, specially during the tentacle-Sabrina sex scene. I would add a few more tentacles coming out to explore other parts of her. Some may hold her fists, another grops her feet, while two play with her nipples and a last one caresses and even spank her ass a little. If we are doing this, I think we should go for the kinkiest way possible, haha.
