The scene I want to suggest is a lesbian scene with two participants. The first is a human woman, who I will call Ximena (just because it's easier to have a name, she'd obviously be called by the name of whoever you cast), and a humanoid alien woman (I'm not going to describe her, you know much better than me what your team and budget is comfortable with). The setting is a back alley on an alien world, probably visually similar to the set from Invasion (on Hentaied). The parasites are visually the same as in all Parasited videos, but they don't take control of their host quite as quickly or completely.
Plot:
The scene starts with Ximena moving through the alley, talking on a hand held communication device, with the conversation telling us that she is a smuggler, and is going to meet with an unknown passanger she is to transport.
Ximena runs into the alien, is shocked by the alien's species, and suggests that given the war between them and the humans that the two should just pretend they didn't see each other. The alien says she'd prefer to talk business, and grabs a startled Ximena and kisses her. As she kisses Ximena a parasite emerges from her mouth and moves into Ximena's. When the kiss ends a horrified/disgusted Ximena demands to know what that was, and the alien responds it's her passenger, or at least the first of her passengers, before kissing her again and transfering another parasite.
After the second kiss, and the second parasite being transfered, the alien explains that the parasite controls human women for its reproduction, and that it's therefore a shame that the parasite is not present on earth. She then mentions that the sexual pleasure helps the parasites more quickly gain control of a woman, and squats down to start performing cunnulingus on Ximena, transferring two more parasites from her mouth to Ximena's pussy.
When the alien rises again after doing this we get to see Ximena's face again, and its very clear that she is now under the control of the parasites. The alien suggests that Ximena would probably jump the first woman she sees at this point and try to spread the parasites to her, which Ximena enthusiastically agrees with. This gets her a sharp reprimand from the alien woman, who now takes on an almost dominatrix-like demeanor. Fingering Ximena while she talks she tells Ximena that if she can't control her urges then her precious parasites will be discovered and destroyed. The thought of this clearly upsets Ximena, and she reluctantly agrees to follow the alien's instructions: She is to fly to earth, keep a low profile and covertly spread the parasites to as many women as she can. As their interaction comes to a close the alien demands that Ximena pulls herself together, and, with clear effort, Ximena's behaviour and body language returns to something relatively normal.
Ximena pulls her clothes back on, and when she's done so the alien has vanished. The scene ends with Ximena speaking into the communication device, saying that the deal fell through and that there is no passenger. She then adds that she intends to head to earth for some R&R, while the camera pans to her lovingly stroking her stomach before fading to black.
