I think I've pitched this general concept before. The basic premise is a woman who's a willing host for dozens of parasites. Maybe her two roommates walk in on her surrounded by scores of parasites crawling towards her. They panic, thinking she's in trouble & needs to be rescued. Instead the woman drops her dress/nightgown or whatever & splays herself & holds her naughty bits open so her beloved parasites can enter. She tells her roommate, do not be afraid, it is powerless to resist a superior species & besides why would you want to when they bring such pleasure. She also picks up a couple & strokes them lovingly before pushing them into her various willing holes. The women try to flee in panic, but they either slip or all the exits have been sealed. They watch in horror as the host(ess') body begins to bulge & pulsate from the scores of parasites running loose inside of her gorgeous body.
