I had an idea for an angle I don't believe any of your existing material quite covers yet and that's the corruption angle/fetish.
The initial scenario is up to your discretion but typically material in this domain would follow something along the lines of a demonic entity actively reaching out to tempt someone or several girls OR the girl(s) themselves willing conducting a ritual for fun, unaware of the real repercussions that could happen. Perhaps a demonic tentacle or crystal passes through a portal after the ritual is conducted. (Assuming hiring male actors to actively portray a male demon isn't the MO here- haven't seen too many male actors in the videos but obviously if its on the table thats another possibility?)
A haze overcomes the room and initial trepidation/fear turns to slight arousal, lip biting, fondling themself/selves. Either the tentacle/demon is cautiously invited in or the girl lifts the crystal/otherwise inanimate phallus in that scenario and begins to get fucked/masturbate respectively. The lighting in the room shifts to a tint of red as they ride the demonic entity and get more and more into it. Other tentacles or just the first tentacles period if starting from the masturbation idea begin to pass through the portal.
A slow transformation takes place over the escalating sexual activity, as the girl(s) surrender to pleasure against their better judgment. Horns start to grow from their foreheads, their feet begin to morph to hooves, tails erupt from their backsides. Skin begins to turn red. These changes would take place in parts cutting back and forth to show the progression over the scene rather than simply cutting from girl as human in one moment to succubus the next. Vocal effects could be added to further signify the change.
The tone here is one specifically of corruption/surrender- NOT possession. As the scene goes on, the girl(s) would become more and more assertive and into the sexual activity taking place, culminating in a moment of orgasm where their transformation is sealed by the formation of a demonic crest on the stomach. Licking their lips with newly serpentine tongues passing over fangs, they examine their new bodies and begin to imagine further devilish hijinks/conversions ending the scene.

(There's little to no animated or live action corruption transformation material out there period) Shinra-Kun's Fallen Star series or the DC Heroes parody Forsaken Souls are good reference points for the type of sequence detailed here.
