So a Young Actress named Stephanie is in her dressing room talking to her assistant/friend. She has a part in this new horror movie, it's all very different for her. She wants to move on from her past in sitcoms and erase her family friendly image. Only trouble is her rival, a Hollywood starlet named Jessica who everyone loves and always gets the best roles is one of her costars and she can be quite a bitch to anyone she sees as in her way.
Stephanie's character is supposed to become possessed by some unknown creature in the film so she decided to get some help with her acting to prove to everyone she has what it takes. In the makeup chair she asks her assistant if her package has arrived. Her nerdy female assistant shows her a box and inside of it is a jar containing one of the parasite slugs. She found someone selling them on the black market and heard some of what it can do but there are rumors about some of the effects. They also have a device that can extract the slug and return the actress to normal. Stephanie wants to let the slug do its thing and tells her assistant not to extract it until the director yells cut or unless she really thinks she might be in trouble. Of course the assistant is worried it might not work but also knows how much this means to Stephanie so is willing to help.
Stephanie gets called to the set just next door, it's a creepy room like something out of the Saw movies. The camera and crew are behind glass as things will get messy with the slime and things used on set for the possession. Stephanie bumps into Jessica who is very snobby, she tells Stephanie she's glad she's here but makes a snide comment.
The actresses get in position for a scene in which Jessica's character finds her coworker and good friend played by Stephanie hiding in the basement of a building after finding everyone she knows turned into monsters. The assistant releases the slug and it goes inside of Stephanie while she sits in the corner with her back turned to Jessica. Jessica is confused by her convulsions and a little disgusted but then just thinks she's just become a better actress. Things go wrong quickly and Stephanie really attacks Jessica.
Camera is still rolling as the director tells the crew to just see what happens. Things escalate quickly with Stephanie ripping off her clothes and Jessica's (Jokes about no nudity in their contracts). The assistant fumbles with the extraction device. The slug enters Jessica and takes her over.
Cameras roll as the crew witnesses both actresses do things they never thought they would especially a lesbian sex scene that includes a lot of kinky behavior. Stephanie is not seen as the innocent girl next door anymore plus she's really getting along with her costar. The assistant finally figures out the device and she runs onto the set to extract the slug but she too is taken over. The camera continues to roll as all three go into a full frenzy!
It can end with the director saying that the movie is going to take a very different turn and asks the ladies to take it from the top. They all smile at the camera.
