    Refund or Fix please

    I have a $2000 gaming computer with a 3080TI. Running windows 11 on edge or chrome. While streaming, every few seconds (literally) the scene stops to buffer anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds. I run fiber internet and I am hardwired into the wifi/modem. Any fixes?
