I've seen some JAV (SDDE-565, SDDE-659) with an amusing concept: all of sudden, a cock pops out of a surface. In the JAV, it as done very simply, with simple gloryholes that appeared in between scene cuts, but with a small SFX, they could appear through a mini wormhole.
There are two branches of situations possible:

1- Cocks appearing this way are perceived as normal by the female characters. They use them, orally or otherwise, while going bout their current occupations. The dissonance between the absurdity of the "cock from beyond" and the way it's accepted.
2- It's an actual anomaly. The cock appears/pops out by surprise, penetrating the character in an unexpected manner. It could also be that the weird swirling wormhole has a hypnotic effect.
The concept works for cocks, but could also be used on tentacles if you want a sudden invasion outside the "toilet encounters" setting. Although the cock thing would be really funny.
I'm sure some scenarii could be invented that work with that concept...

That could make one story. But we don't want an elite ***** to "solve" this too quickly, right? That's a gimmick that could be... miled for a while. Literally
Also, having these anomalies happen in otherwise normal context and having normal ladies reacting/interacting with the cocks would be so nice...
