Unable to watch Videos

I'm subscribed with Full Access and everything but everything video is on preview when logged in, when I click preview it asks me to subscribed again, what's happening.

Same problem here with all the video. I can't watch any videos and i paid for it ...

I am also unable to view the videos after I completed my transaction. I was able to watch them initially, but, today, I am not.
