Subscribed to 1 Day trial but no access

Hello Support team,

my Account Name is : electriceagle

i contacted support with the contact formular this morning but got no answer yet, so i try it here.

yesterday i subscribed to the 1 day trial to test your content. After i typed in my credit card details and was redirected to your site it said "An Error ocurred" and it told me to contact support.

I have no access to the content and the payment history is empty. But i got an email which said subscription successful, directly after this error.

I dont want to pay the 30 € for the monthly subscription unless i got a chance to test it.

But as i have no option to cancel it by myself and no access to the content, i was not able to prevent the automatic renewal of the subscription.
Please cancel this subscription, refund all charges already done and prevent all upcoming charges on my credit card.

Hi electriceagle, your transaction was declined by our payment processor and not will be charged to your card balance and not will be rebilled.
