The regular HD and Full HD versions play. This is consistent for me across 3 browsers and multiple VPN addresses where other 4k videos play no problem.

Hello? Am I the only person experiencing this issue? As I've said, I have no other issue with other 4k videos on this site or Hentaied, I even make sure I had updated FireFox, cleared history and temp folders, turned off all Anti-Virus/Firewalls, nothing.

Same problem; sometimes I have to wait a couple of weeks until I the problem corrects itself, and I can get the version I want. It happens sometimes on the other sites as well.

Its been weeks, and no official reply, not even an attempt to fix, also no responses from my emails. This is a great way to lose customers.

I'm able to get a 4k version of this video from a filesharing website before I'm able to get it from you guys. Why do I even have a membership to support you?
