There are some creatures that carry their offspring on their back (scorpions, wolf spiders). It would be cool to have a ****** parasite carry a number of baby parasites with her like this (maybe dozens or even a hundred smaller parasites).
With this in mind, I would love to see a pool lefty where maybe 5-6 friends are laying out by the pool, tanning, floating on inflatables, etc. a ****** parasite enters the water, and her babies scatter. It turns out these parasites are excellent swimmers, and are much faster in the water. The parasites disperse in the water, unnoticed by the girls, and have no problem working their way underneath the girls’ bikinis. The girls begin to feel horny and the feeling progresses over the course of a few minutes until they can no longer control their desires. Not all of the girls are infected initially, as some are floating in inflatables or laying out next to the pool, but soon all of the girls are in the water and infected.
