How to use this board?
We are working hard to bring you the best possible experience at Hentaied, but sometimes those pesky bugs go unnoticed by us. You have already provided some really useful feedback to us, but now we made it a lot easier to report a bug!
Reporting a bug
It's a lot easier to find and troubleshoot a bug if you provide us with some basic information related to it.
Description
A brief description helps us identify the bug you encountered. Any specific detail might help us find the problem, especially providing the steps leading to the problem.
OS info
Things work differently on different Operation Systems. Letting us know what OS you used (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android etc.) is crucial to narrow down the problem.
Device info
Sharing if you used mobile, tablet or desktop is also helpful.
Bounty hunts
In order to incentivize reporting found bugs, we will occasionally post bounty hunts where users who find critical bugs will be rewarded with a free month of Hentaied subscription!
