Hi everyone

After briefly mentioning the idea of a cocoon, I see that there's a bit of interest in this subject and I think deserves it's own thread.

The idea really of the cocoon really touches many different subjects. There's the potential for Transformation. There's the idea of Meat Walls. If you read the thread where I first floated the idea, it includes what I call Added Fantasy (where the scene is fantasy beyond just using tentacles) as well as the idea of Betrayal.

@CoWHentaied created the image below which I think is really great. I think a sybian at the bottom or a tentacle extension at the bottom would be really amazing. The fact that there is a cocoon that can "transform" girls into different "beings" can prove to create a very interesting series where girls are captured, ****** into the cocoon, transformed and go out to capture more victims. There could be added stories where girls come to rescue others, but end up being captured themselves.

A construction like this falls into the 30-40000€, which is out of Hentaied budget now.
Making it in CGI would be even more expensive than that.

That is definitely a crazy amount for construction. That amount would be more than enough to remodel a whole room.

I'm not sure if this is something you're willing to share yet, but what is your idea for this? I know that JAV movies simply use a backdrop to show the scene as if you are in the cocoon with the girl essentially being digested in cum (image below). I feel that they do a bad job at it, but it does well to get the point across. This could be an idea.

However, if you are looking to have an actual creature/cocoon where you are not looking at the girl inside, then I can't think of any group that produces such a thing. That being said, I do know that cosplayers would sometimes take on some big projects. While some are strictly creating cosplays/character outfits, there are some that
1. have no issues with creating things for porn (there are many that actually have their own videos on OF)
2. create really big projects like Irina Meier's mech.

I think that there may be someone out there that is talented enough to make something so big, assuming you have a good plan/idea for them to work from.

One thing i wouldn't like is to lower the quality we have; so instead of going for a cheap cheesy solution, i would prefer to pass.

A robot like that is incredible. But i can tell you, that costed more than 50000€.

Unluckly is not a crazy amount. we spoke with a lot of cosplayers, silicon builders, sculptor etc and everyone tell us the same amount.

And no - to remodel a room in silicone with design, the price will go over 100k€.

We're working by the way in building a silicone studio to make the stomach of the monsters.

I was thinking to crowdfunding some elements, but i don't think that could be successfull due to the amount needed.

Ok. I have a bit of a better idea now. What I've seen from JAV is definitely not passable.

It's really good that you talked to so many different sources. It really sounds like it's definitely is possible, but silicon is just really expensive.

I am guessing that they're giving their bottom price which means the areas that don't need to be flexible, they're probably going to use foam so it literally only comes down to raising the money.

The good news is that you set the goal at €40,000 and not at €100,000 to remodel the entire room. The bad news is, your goal is €40,000.

While I think Kickstarter (and other crowdfunding sites) will allow you to start, they're not going to advertise this as much, but I think you're headed in the right direction. OF (depending on the number of subscribers) already gives you a list of people who are interested in Hentaied.

I don't know how you feel about reaching out to fans and followers in investing in Hentaied, but I feel like that is a direction that can be taken. It certainly doesn't cost a lot to see if there is much interest, but if not you can move on without any negatives.

I'm guessing that Hentaied is independent, but perhaps partnering with other studios/entities would help to share the cost.

Finally, I'm not sure where you are based. But perhaps if cosplayers on OF are interested in helping you AND are looking for a place to make content that is very different than what is available to them, perhaps they can use your studio in return for some of the cost?

With CGI, I think unless you have the skills, hiring someone with the skills can be potentially very expensive.

That being said, I know next to nothing about CGI, so who knows? I could be very wrong in this case.

I had a thought about the type of cocoon. Perhaps instead of a pod like the one that @CoWHentaied rendered above, perhaps the girl can literally be wrapped in tentacles (basically mummified, but with tentacles).

I think this would be a good start to introduce the concept to viewers and you may already have all the tentacles you need.

Hello Romero, hello Ivy, Thanks again for your feedback.

Indeed CGI-programs can be used to create a nice backgrounds using photographs from buildings and landscape put as texture on a low poly model (check the video in my "flexible wall" proposal).

Concerning the cocoon, what do you think of a plastic body bag (available in fetish stores like: https://www.heavyrubber-shop.com/PVC-bondage-bag-with-zipper-for-inside-outside-black-transparent. Inside the b cocoon/bag could be the naked girl covered in a lot of cum. She could "wake-up", move around in her cocoon and then break through the thin skin (plastic wall). I could imagine with a nice lighting this could give a cool effect.
I`m not a big latex/plastic on girl fan, I would like the "re-birth" aspect of the cocoon.
What do you think?

Another aspect concerning locations in general. What do you think of starting step by step. I like Ivy`s idea of a fantasy and medieval set-up. Would it be possible to create a medieval room. I think of a stone wall with veneer instead of wallpaper or plastic replica. The veneer really look very realistic especially with the joints between the veneers. (something like: https://www.wallsupply.com/klimex-ultrasound-ardennes-19621140.html). The cast amazing shadows when playing with lighting!
Scenario 1: you can use just a little lighting to create a dungeon. For dungeon you can add maybe hay and straw on the ground and some metal bondage accessories. A removable prison cell (e.g. like in https://www.studiro.nl/?icf_portfolio=cell) could be rigged in the corner of the stone wall.
Scenario 2: with brighter lighting the stone wall could be the background for a medieval dinning room with a wooden table and benches, flags etc.? Maybe with even a fake chimney and a sheepskin rug, where the naked girls or she-elves awaiting the tentacle monster alien
Just some ideas...
Still not cheap, but maybe a starting point? What do you think?

I like the plastic body bag idea. With the exception that it seems to be somewhat see through (I think you can simply spray paint it into whatever color the tentacles are being used). But I totally agree. A girl could be captured. Wake up in the cocoon/bag. Struggle from the inside, break through and perhaps be transformed into an evil version or something.

Another idea I have is that the girl could be in the cocoon/bag with parasites.

As for the location setup, I definitely like the fantasy/medieval idea, but obviously, these are all ideas and the final say goes to Romero and the team. I think if there is space to store everything that is not in use. But I would definitely agree, this would be significantly cheaper than commissioning the cocoon and could be used to shoot more variety of videos. Which can lead to more income, leading to the cocoon commission.

Since there are so many colors and stuff ... and if its done right for around 1.5k (pure materialcost - HQ silcone - puring have to be done) you get a 3x3m (5mm thick) skin layer .. robust, hygienic, easy to clean, reuseable and storeable and the structure of the skin can be integrated into the mold (maybe woodwork .. but thats the silicon artist is for)

- the shell of the cocoon.. should it be hard? ... I think not hard but something more stiffer would be interesting...
leather? it can be cut where the veins supposed to be and layed over with some silikon veins ... led lid from below ... just a thought? and it should be pretty sturdy and resistant. (but no clue it it can be made water resistant)

- leather could also be an option for some outifts

This is one of the ideas from a prop artist:

Construction description: we will make the frame out of steel, then we will cover the entire "stomach" with ABS plastic, we lay foam rubber inside and then we lay all the internal space on this foam rubber from the inside with a special silicone carpet molded in the form of a "bath" with decoration for the organic fabric of the "stomach of the monster". In accordance with the concept, holes for hands and feet are provided, silicone sockets are inside the holes: the silicone insert will "embrace" the exposed arms and legs - so that the mucus does not flow out from these places. The person will be inside in such a way that her hands will not be visible inside the bath from the elbow and above, the legs will not be visible from the knees and below (the legs and arms are inserted into the corresponding holes and go out). A special silicone "hood" is put on the head, which is part of the wall of the "stomach of the monster" as in the concept. The actress will be quite comfortable, even during long filming. I need clarification: how many holes for the "tentacles" need to be provided. The height of the rounded wall of the "monster's stomach" is 65 cm, so that it fits into a standard doorway (I calculated a single design to ensure impermeability for mucus). The external dimensions of the "monster's stomach" are 2 meters by 1 meter. Outside, the "monster stomach" will also be decorated and will look like a monster organic fabric (according to the concept). The upper "opening" is designed both for good plans from the outside and for good camera coverage of space and action inside the "monster's stomach" The estimated weight is around 30-35 kilograms. It will be a very reliable and wear-resistant prop, safe for the actors and crew.

Cool thing is that later we can change the various parts for other scenarios.

What’s up guys.
After sobering up after the New Year holidays, I decided to express my opinion on the story of the cocoon on this forum. I love stories about vore, I wrote in more detail yesterday in another section dedicated to just him. A couple of years ago, I came across some not bad works in this style, but they were executed in CGI or drawn. But I have met really good works of live action only once. It was a JAV movie, maybe @Ivy mentioned it.
In this film, a monster that looks like a swamp crocodile swallows the character of the actress Maria Ozawa and plays with her with his tentacles in his stomach. So this is what we are talking about, I want to say that holding the victim's limbs in the walls of the cocoon will look attractive, namely the soft flesh that squeezes the girl's legs can massage their delicate skin of the feet. (like foot fetish style, look left) But our girl remains in meat shackles and this makes it impossible for her to try to escape. The story will be interesting only when the heroine is lucky enough to escape several times, but in the end she will understand how pleasant it is for her to be inside a monster and drown in a bath with tentacles cum, and she will return to inside.

But the idea of turning a cocoon into a seedbed for girls is also not bad. The scene could be a bio-conveyor located in a factory of biological toys for a sex shop (as in the manga "Anata no Machi no Shokushuyasan" you can see it here https://mangadex.org/title/8dfd3efe-f14b-4ee9-8be0-3679391f0a4f). An ordinary day for the heroine could have unforeseen consequences, our cocoon, tired of enduring exploitation, takes the girl prisoner and tortures his within itself.

I think that these plot seeds are not bad, at least in the second concept, I hope I was original, I have not seen such plot anywhere, although I have looked through a lot of stories.

I fired 3 prop artists because of BS, and prop making is getting pretty delayed.
