Purchased one day trial and cannot view videos

Hello I purchased a one day trial And have no access And have no access to videos. I've even tried viewing the videos That are in the trial section and it keeps giving me prompts to purchase the video. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

My apologies for the delayed reply, i just got the updated from our IT team.

Guys said that there is no issue from our side. You have access to all 9 videos.
They recommended to chance the browser and clean cache , then try once again please
