I signed up for a trial period using the gift card option but don't have access to videos. My account says I have full access but I still can't view any videos.

Good afternoon , can you please let us know which videos you trying to have access to ? In order to see which videos you have access to , you need to visit this link TRIAL VIDEOS or click the button "VIDEOS" on the top menu. Please let us know if you cant watch any of those so we can sort things out in case a bug occurs
