I want to cancel subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription from "my account",
I got an error message "Unable to cancel subscription: Membership Id is empty", and could not cancel.
After that, I made an inquiry from "contact us" on this website, but have not received a reply yet.
Please cancel my subscription.

I received an email a few days ago saying "your membership has been successfully canceled."
However, I received a reply "Please drop me a message with your username and we will cancel it for you."
Which is correct?

Anyway please cancel my subscription.

When you cancel a monthly subscription, is the money refunded ? I was charged yesterday 29.70 for the monthly access, but I don't need it. How do I get my money back?

If the subscription was not canceled before the beginning of the new month, the money refund isn't possible.

Guys, please help me get my money back. I'm not very rich and it's a decent amount for me. So I bought a one day trial period once a month.
