I hope that you're ready. Once you expand from tentacles to critters questions be going to be raised.

Perhaps first, what are those things? Why are they so into Human Females? Is it only Humans?
Is it only females? They seem to produce and release copious amounts of what appears to be seen, yet by no stretch of the imagination are they human, so IS it semen? If it is where'd it come from?
My pet suspicion is farms like in The Matrix where males (necessarily human?) are stored, nurtured, and frequently milked. Kept quiescent on porn and frequent milking? Maybe abundant amounts of feel-good brain chemicals maintained by careful brain-fuckings? Which might go a ways to explaining why the females seem to start enjoying it more after been steeping? stewing? in cum for a bit?

So, for the record, I have absolutely zero canonical evidence for this, just my personal head cannon. But this is what I tell myself:

The monsters, some sort of nonhumanoid fauna of either terrestrial or alien origin, require a host as part of their reproductive process. As such they utilize, and maybe even require, human women, taking advantage of their reproductive track. The subdue and implant them with their equivalent of seminal fluid in order to allow their offspring to attach and use the significant resources available through the reproductive system.

As part of their process, both to ensure reproductive success and reduce host resistance, they tend to produce large quantities of their seminal fluid which appears to exhibit narcotic and potentially opioid type responses from contact with the skin or mucas membranes, as hosts often cease struggling, and frequently become explicitly enthusiastic about the process shortly after exposure.

Ultimately, I assume the implanted host is subsequently released after implantation is completed to go on their merry way.

That's my theory, and before you say anything, yes I am a huge nerd that over thinks everything
