I tried to cancel earlier in the year and if I look at my payment history it states that it was cancelled 04/04/23. I have not got the option to cancel anymore but it is supposed to cancel on 28/12. Please ensure that the account cancels please; I do not want to renew.

Just to clarify the sound plays for 1 second only then cuts off.

Tried a different browser and issue still persists. Weird thing is no other videos have any issues (so far).

The sound on this video isn't working. It kicks in for a second but then goes mute. Other videos I have watched so far work fine.
